At NuSpace Living, we want you to love your modern living space. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


📦 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • To start a return, contact us at support@nuspaceliving.com and we’ll provide the return instructions.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order items
